‎The lawmaker representing Ifedayo State Constituency and Chairman, House Committee on Health, Honourable Kasope Abolarin, has expressed gratitude to Governor Ademola Adeleke, security agencies, royal fathers, chiefs and other stakeholders over the successful release of Elder Titilayo Owolabi, who was kidnapped in Ora about four weeks ago.
‎In a personally authored statement, Honourable Abolarin acknowledged divine intervention and the collective efforts mobilised by the Osun State Government, security operatives, traditional rulers, religious leaders, media organisations and eminent sons and daughters of Ora-Igbomina towards securing the freedom of the abducted elder.
‎According to the lawmaker, the release of Elder Owolabi is a clear testimony that God is at work, noting that numerous strategies and tireless efforts were deployed during the challenging period of captivity. He particularly commended the unwavering collaboration and support of Governor Ademola Adeleke throughout the process.
‎Honourable Abolarin also lauded the roles played by security agencies, including the Nigerian Army, Nigeria Police Force, Department of State Services (DSS), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), local vigilantes and other operatives who worked diligently to ensure the safe release of the victim.
‎The lawmaker further eulogised the family, relatives and the entire people of Ora-Igbomina Community for their patience, faith,steadfastness and orderly cooperation with the state government until Elder Titilayo Owolabi eventually regained his freedom.
‎“I use this medium to give thanks to God and congratulate the residents of Ora-Igbomina Community, especially the family and relations of Elder Titilayo Owolabi, on his release from the den of kidnappers,” he said. 
‎Honourable Abolarin also prayed for God’s complete restoration of Elder Owolabi from any psychological and emotional trauma resulting from the ordeal.
‎He urged his constituents to remain security conscious at all times and to promptly report any suspicious or strange movements within their communities to the appropriate security agencies.
